The funds destined for these populations were collected from the participation fees of the competitors from the national boat spinning championship LRS 2020, to which were added the financial contributions of the clubs Drill and Delta Spinning Tulcea, plus a few supporters of the phenomenon. Pike and pike larvae were provided by HSB Fish Land SRL with the help of fish engineers Florin Ciortan and Radu Muscalu. The costs of such an action amount to 75,000 lei.

The Romanian Spinning League is the entity that organizes the National Spinning Championship in Romania (Fishing for predators from the boat, Fishing for trout on the shore, Street Fishing and Trout Area). According to the protocol concluded between AVPS Acvila and the Romanian Spinning League, the members of the sport fishing clubs within LRS benefit from a substantial reduction from the fee of the fishing permit issued by AVPS Acvila. Respectively, instead of 110 lei, they will pay 60 lei per year. The fishing permit issued by AVPS Acvila allows holders to fish on Snagov Lake, Colentina River from Buftea to Chitila, respectively Buftea, Flămânzeni, Buciumeni, Mogoşoaia and Chitila Lakes, Dâmbovița River, without Morii Lake, from the entrance to Ilfov County from Bucharest county, where possible.
