- Over 100 teams of professional fishermen compete annually in National Fishing Championship for Boat Predators LRS
– The National Championship is 14 years old, for 12 years being organized by the Romanian Spinning League, consisting of 22 sports clubs of fishing.
- Fishing is carried out in teams of two fishermen in a boat with no power limit for heat engines.
- In 2021 the 4 stages of the LRS national championship will take place on the tracks: Valea Argovei, Danube Delta, Bicaz, Snagov.
- Each stage has two rounds of 8 hours, the refereeing being done with the help Predator Challenge phone application used last year at Danube Delta Predator Challenge League Cup. see regulations.
- In each round of each stage, a maximum of 20 fish from a minimum of two species of predatory fish (avat, perch, clean, pikeperch, pike) score. - All teams are required to have video cameras that are filmed throughout the rounds of the 4 stages of the LRS championship.
– At the end of the national championship, the best ranked 3 teams from the 4 stages form the national group and represent Romania at FIPS-CIPS World Championship (Romania was FIPS World Champion in Russia 2017 and occupy third place to this discipline in the general classification by nations).
- Part of the fees collected for registration in LRS competitions is redirected to the associations that deal with the competition tracks for popular with the target species in order to restore the fish population.
